Ally Trust Bank began in 1995 based on the credit union “people helping people” philosophy. As a community-chartered credit union, we put our members first in all we do. We’re not like a typical bank. We are not-for-profit, which means all of our earnings go back to you, our members, in the form of lower loan rates and fewer fees. And since you’re a member – not just a customer – you have a say in what we do.

Our mission is to provide premium financial services to our member-owners and the communities with: first-class service, excellent rates and education on what services are best for them.
